Layers beef and layers again!!!

Are you a good pasta-lover? If you are, the aroma of a good bolognese sausage directly coming to your nose  is now rumbling your stomach as hell! It’s Lasagna tonight! And there is no argue against my little voice in my head! I want this Mama’s Lasagna Bolognese, and instantly feel the desire of it. I am Hungry!

Well historically talking Lasagna as you may know or not, is not From Italia but from the ancient greece. the term “Lasagne” is derived from the Greek word ‘Laganon’ wich was the first known form of pasta. Laganon was not a traditional bolognese lasagna as we know but it was already made of layers of pasta. This term of leganon wich has made the name of lasagna refers to ther way to make this dish. the funny fact is that the first recipe of this dish, dating back to 1390’s, was found in Britain… But Italians are now knowns as the lasagna masters. That was the historic point of view of the lasagna!
