Japan is coming to your mouth (Part Three : cheese and beef brochette)

Oh wait! for the beef and cheese brochette! just use carpaccio beef and some cheese as you want but it would be better with maasdam (hollandese cheese). I tried comté but the result was not good enough for my taste buds…. i let you try!

Just put the carpaccio into yakitori sausage  and let it for 10 minutes then cut the maasdam cheese and put it on skewers. Add the carpaccio and just cook them as you want into a pan with some oil!

Girlfriend’s opinion : It was desgusting but we ate it ten time less than it took to be prepared (makis and brochettes), I could’t slow down because it was so delicious. Better than restaurant in my objective opinion! ^^
